Pricing is per commissioned signature, not per page. > If two people must sign the same document, it is legally considered two separate notarizations.
Special Note for ServiceOntario: Family Gift Vehicle Transfers require both the donor and recipient signatures to be commissioned. ServiceOntario will reject the document unless both signatures carry a notary seal to prove they were properly sworn.

Majority of institutions, organizations, government offices and companies accept virtual or online commissions, in the event that some don’t, we offer to mail out an original hard copy. Reg mail is included in your fee and if you need it on a rush basis, you pay the difference in fee.
We follow the Law Society of Ontario’s guidelines regarding remote and virtual signing under the Commissioners for Taking Affidavits Act and the witnessing of wills under the Succession Law Reform Act, provided all required conditions are met.
Online notary services are not permitted under the Notaries Act.
