We cannot certify physical copies virtually; we must inspect your original documents in person.
Last Wills and Testaments
Due to highly complex legal witnessing rules, these documents demand direct, physical presence.
Powers of Attorney
Strict provincial regulations mandate that these specific legal forms need in-person oversight.
Real Estate Closing
Mortgages, title transfers, and closing paperwork must be directly managed by your own lawyers.

How the Process Virtual Works

Fill out our secure contact form and upload a PDF copy of your un-signed document. We will review it and confirm your appointment time.
Join the Video Call
At your scheduled time, click the secure link to meet your Commissioner face-to-face. You will need your physical, government-issued photo ID ready to show on camera.
Sign & Receive
We will digitally guide you through the swearing or affirming process and the electronic signature. Your fully commissioned document will be emailed back to you immediately upon completion.
